When you purchase your pass you receive a copy of the registration form at point of purchase or by mail. This form must be brought with personal ID to one of the many Photo Sessions we have prior to the season as listed on the website Events Calendar the flyer. Or you may have your Photo taken any day the Resort is open. Please take advantage of the pre-season photo sessions to save time.
When deciding what age group you are in, all age categories are as of November 1st prior to the season for the Early Bird Sale. Season Passes purchased after November 1st are the age on day of purchase.
A “FAMILY” is defined as husband, wife and their children under the age of 18, who are all living at the same principal residence. This would also include the student that may be attending school out of town. Proof of residence and relationship may be required at point of purchase or photo session.
When purchasing a FAMILY pass FIRST TWO means ANY FIRST TWO members of the family ie: husband, wife/ father, son etc. ADDITIONAL FAMILY is any additional family members.
If you lose your pass, report it to the guest service ticket office immediately. You can then sign for a day pass for a short period. If the pass is not recovered a $25.00 processing fee is charged for a replacement of the photo ID. card.
There is a one time per season insurance covering a day ticket for a forgotten season pass. Use of the replacement ticket for any other reason than to replace the forgotten season pass will result In the Immediate cancellation of the day pass and possible criminal charges and cancellation of the season pass WITHOUT REFUND. If the pass is forgotten any other time during the season a regular day ticket must be purchased.
Other than a Corporate, ALL memberships are non transferable and cannot be used by anyone, other than the one named on the pass. Attempted transfer or fraudulent use of the pass will result in the immediate cancellation of the pass WITHOUT REFUND and possible criminal charges.
This is a legal document that must be signed by all season pass holders and the parent or legal guardian of the membership holders under the age of 18, that waives certain legal rights, including the right to sue Kamiskotia Snow Resort. The Risk and Indemnity Agreement must be signed before the season pass card will be issued. Please read carefully the copy of the Risk and Indemnity Agreement that is Issued at point of purchase. This must be signed by each membership holder on the day of purchase or at the photo session.
The tentative season is mid December to 3rd week in March. You can ski with your season pass on any REGULAR day of operation that the resort is open, these include:
-Thurs & Friday – lO am-3 pm
- Sat, Sun and Holidays – 9 am – 4pm
Holidays are defined as Christmas and March Break School Holidays. Must have purchased a night skiing pass or ticket to night ski or board.
THE PLANNED OPERATING DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION ARE DEPENDENT ON WEATHER AND SNOW CONDITIONS AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
