1980 Harush Bunny Patch lift installed and trail cut, financed through Northern Development & Mines
1981 1st drilling for water for snowmaking (Nothing found, even with Diviner)
1982 1st application for tourism grant submitted
1983 D.M.C. 3700 Hydromaster Ski Dozer and maintenance shop expansion financed through the Norda Tourism and Development Program
1986 Approval of the funding for the feasibility and planning study through Nor-Dev program with the Ministry of Northern Development
1987 $41,000.00 feasibility study completed by Canada Ski Consultants
1989 $1,200,000.00 received. New Base Lodge built. State of the art snowmaking system installed. $250,000.00 raised by SBDC Kamiskotia Development Group. $750,000.00 Trip loan with Ministry of Tourism. 20 chalet lots leased
1990 $1,000,000.00 Two fixed grip chairlifts installed on Downhill and Skyway. State of the art snow grooming machine purchased. Parking lot upgraded. Financed with Northern Ontario Heritage Fund. 10 chalet lots leased
1991 $70,000.00 Expanded trail development
